I received my orthotic in-soles
about two weeks ago and just wanted to say what a difference
they have made already. At first glance, the big bumps right
where the balls of my feet are, looked uncomfortably big (even
though I knew my feet had more or less collapsed –discovered in
the consultation process). My feet felt really weird for about
an hour. After that my feet just relaxed onto their new support
and haven’t looked back since.
My feet are not in pain at the
end of the day. In fact most days I was ripping my shoes off to
massage painful, cramped feet, literally hobbling about by the
end of the day. Since wearing the new orthotics I’ve taken my
shoes off once. I’ve even been dancing after a day’s work and my
feet were fine. That’s a first in years.
My one and only experience of a
Podiatrist seven years ago resulted in orthotics which failed
miserably in providing comfort or support, “cheap” generic
inserts were better, but of course none of them supported the
front of my feet which these new orthotics do and for the first
time, my feet are comfortable.
